Davido and Wizkid’s Photoshopped Image: Davido Gifts Graphic Designer â‚¦1M.

Nigerian Pop superstar and DMW music boss, Davido Adeleke has extended his benevolence to Ayo, the graphic designer who made a photoshopped image of himself and Wizkid.

Davido had earlier acknowledged the image as he shared it on his social media page while declaring that both singers (Davido & Wizkid) were the two greatest Nigerian artists of all time.

In another kind gesture which Davido is renowned for, the singer has now gifted the sum of one million naira to the excited Ayo.

The young man made a one minute video of appreciation for the kind gesture, and Davido himself confirmed the move with uploaded video on his own Instagram page:

Yet another act of generosity from David, this one coming at a time when Burnaboy has chosen to make public his beef with the popstar.

In a series of subs which hit the internet, Burnaboy shaded Davido with claims that the DMW boss is untalented and bought his fortune with his father’s wealth.

Whether or not it is a publicity stunt is yet to be seen, it is the hope of critics that it does not degenerate or worse, become a full blown war.

Ese Oruru: Abductor, Yinusa Dahiru Gets 26 Years Prison Sentence | Scribbles Urban.

A federal high court sitting in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital, has sentenced Yinusa Dahiru to 26 years imprisonment over the abduction, rape and impregnating of Ese Oruru, a teenage girl.

In 2015, 13-year-old Ese was abducted, raped and impregnated by Yunusa Dahiru, a man presumably old enough to be her father.

The man later took her away to Kano State where she was later rescued in the palace of the Emir of Kano.

Presiding judge, Justice Jane Inyang, acquitted the accused on the first count but convicted Dahiru on the remaining four charges.

The judge ruled that the sentence will run consecutively.

Chelsea’s Hudson-Odoi Arrested Following Rape Accusation.

Chelsea star Callum Hudson-Odoi has been arrested on suspicion of rape following an alleged incident at his west London apartment.

The Metropolitan Police said in a statement that both they and the London Ambulance Service were called in the early hours of Sunday, May 17 to a report of an unwell woman.

The statement added: “When emergency services attended, a woman reported that she was raped. She was taken to hospital. A man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of rape. He was released from custody and bailed to return on a date in mid-June. Enquiries continue.”

Sunday’s alleged incident comes just weeks after Hudson-Odoi battled the coronavirus, which he was diagnosed with on March 12 .

The teenager was the first Premier League player to be diagnosed with the illness, coming shortly after news broke that Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta had contracted the virus, sending the Premier League towards its ongoing suspension.

By April 1, Hudson-Odoi had said that he felt “perfect”, having only experienced minor symptoms, while also following Chelsea’s train-from-home programme.
