Pornhub Offers Etinosa $250,000 Movie Deal.

Rumour making the rounds is that adult film site Pornhub has offered famous Nollywood actress Etinosa Idemudia a mouth-watering $250,000 movie deal.

This comes barely a week after the attention-seeking actress did the unspeakable by stripping completely naked in one of Mc Galaxy’s viral Instagram Live videos, which was viewed by millions.

Newsjunk gathered that Pornhub casting agents also watched the video and were so impressed by Etinosa that they immediately contacted her agents to offer the deal.

Speaking with Newsjunk, Pornhub’s head Casting Director Johnny Sins said: “We have been trying to create a unique Nigerian category on our site now, something that Nigerian men can truly enjoy and jerk off to. And we believe that Etinosa has the potential to kick-start this category. From the MC Galaxy video you can see that she has special talent and skills. And that’s what Pornhub is really looking for.”

Meanwhile, neither Etinosa nor MC Galaxy has responded to Newsjunk’s repeated requests for comment.

Miracle Reacts To Getting Called Out On BBNaija Reunion Last Night.

Last night was a hot one for different ex housemates as the BB Naija Reunion took a big twist following an intense exposĂš. CeeC & Alex have been at Cold War for almost their entire time outside the house & it appears a huge line of gossip is the reason for it.

Tobi apparently had sùx with Alex in the house, then told Miracle, who told Nina, who told Cee C right on the plane to Tobi’s hearing.
.
Miracle has now reacted to this, saying the girls should involve his friends in spreading their lies & propaganda.

It was one heck of a night though, leaving Alex in tears. She walked away from the studio when they were supposed to go on a break, and threatened to break the camera when they went after her.

Alex Unusual: Tobi Bakre Did Not Influence My BBNaija Success.

Big Brother Naija Reality TV star, Alexandra Asogwa, a.k.a Alex Unusual, set social media on ‘fire’ on Wednesday night, after she insisted that her success in season 3 Big Brother Naija “Double Wahala’ show was not influenced by her pairings with Tobi Bakre and Leo Dasilva.

News Agency of Nigeria reports that Alex also said though she preferred Tobi to Leo; she was not interested in starting a romantic relationship with him as they are just friends.

The dancer, host, model and writer who was the third runner-up of BBNaija: Double Wahala, clearly stated that contrary to popular opinion, the men she was paired with did not contribute immensely to her long stay in the show.

According to her, although she had a good run with Leo and Tobi while the pairings lasted, they did not make her rather, it was her personal choices and decisions that took her to the finals.

The 23-year-old was first paired with Leo at the beginning of the show which blossomed into an emotional relationship. Thereafter, she was paired with Tobi which fast became the fans-favourite ‘Tolex’.

NAN recalls that fans noted that they was a clear difference in Alex’s behavior with the two men especially since she was more expressive when paired with Tobi in the house.

When host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu asked her if Leo confined her, she said although she is a naturally expressive person, Leo usually advised her to let things go or does not notice things she complained about.

Meanwhile, with Tobi, she could express herself better. She also noted that he was a good support system for her while the show lasted.

She said: “My friendship with Tobi was just there. At least it was fun. He understood me to a great extent and there were times when I couldn’t go on, I wanted to give up and he was there.

“It was cool having someone that saw things the way I saw them and allowed me to express myself (much more than Leo did).

“With him, I wasn’t having to hold a lot of things back because when I tell him, he will be like, ‘I even noticed it myself.”

Still, she insisted that she does not want a romantic relationship with Tobi when Ebuka asked her if she would love them to be “more than friends”.

She replied: “I won’t say I wanted more. Being very close friends, I don’t know what more I would have wanted when you are very close friends. I don’t want to date Tobi.”

Ebuka also asked if she felt like she betrayed Leo seeing that she immediately paired with Tobi despite crying when Leo was evicted.

Alex said: “No, there is one thing I want to get cleared; for me, I don’t think I betrayed anybody or I hurt or did anything bad to anyone in the house.

“I actually feel like everyone that came close to me, I helped or I positively influenced their lives in and outside the house.”

Her responses elicited mixed reactions from fans as she became number one on the Twitter trends from Wednesday night to Thursday morning.

@Sedouke tweeted: “She was obviously holding back something. She wasn’t genuine with her responses at all, even Tobi didn’t look impressed. Wondering why she looked so tensed and up tight.”

Ms_tifey said: “Sharp girl. It’s not everything the whole world must know.”

@Sexyciara123 said: “Alex is the real double wahala trending at no1 and why are you guys trying so hard to force fight on tolex?

“She said so many sweet things about her partnership with tobi! So what is the issue. #bbnaija #DoubleWahalaReloaded”.

@_onenigeria tweeted, “Alex is sad! She is sad. Something’s just not right with her. She’s angry with Leo, Tobi, her make up, everything! #DoubleWahalaReloaded”.

@Erunke said: “Noticed how Ifu was rubbing Alex hands trying to make her careful of what she was saying.”

@Toracledaughter tweeted: “You guys will not downplay Alex’s achievements so far. Alex has always been grateful and thanking Tobi for pushing her, even last night!

“She still said she preferred Tobi who understands her better. But you will not downplay the fact that she is a brand on her own! #BBNaija.”

PDP: INEC Server Shows We Beat Buhari By 1.6 Million Votes.

Some details of the petition filed on Monday by the Peoples Democratic Party and its presidential candidate in the February 23 election, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, to challenge the victory of President Muhammadu Buhari and his All Progressives Congress, emerged on Tuesday.

The petition, which sought to rely on 50 sets of documents, was filed before the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal in Abuja against the Independent National Electoral Commission, Buhari and the APC as the first to the third respondents, respectively.

INEC had on February 27, 2019 declared that Buhari won the election with 15,191,847 votes to defeat Atiku, whom it said polled 11,262,978 votes.

But the petitioners stated in their 139-page petition that “from the data in the 1st respondent’s (INEC’s) server
the true, actual and correct results” from “state to state computation” showed that Atiku polled a total of 18,356,732 votes to defeat Buhari whom they said scored 16,741,430 votes.

They said the results were the total votes scored by the candidates in 35 states and the Federal Capital Territory Abuja, as there was “no report on sever” about the results from Rivers State as of February 25, 2019.

By this, Atiku claims to have defeated Buhari with 1,615,302 votes.

One of the five grounds of the petition also tends to resuscitate the allegation that Buhari was not qualified to run for the office of the President on the grounds that he did not possess the constitutional minimum qualification of a school certificate.

The five grounds of the petition read, “The 2nd respondent (Buhari) was not duly elected by the majority of lawful votes cast at the election.

“The election of the 2nd respondent is invalid by reason of corrupt practices.

“The election of the 2nd Respondent is invalid by reason of non-compliance with the provisions of the Electoral Act, 2010 (as amended).

“The 2nd respondent was at the time of the election not qualified to contest the said election.

“The 2nd respondent submitted to the 1st Respondent an affidavit containing false information of a fundamental nature in aid of his qualification for the said election.”

Arguing that Buhari was not qualified to run for the office of the President, the petitioners argued in part, “The petitioners state that the 2nd respondent (Buhari) does not possess the educational qualification to contest the election to the office of the President of Federal Republic of Nigeria.

“The petitioners state that by Section 31 (1) of the Electoral Act, 2010 (as amended), every political party shall not later than 60 days before the date appointed for a general election submit to the Commission in the prescribed form the list of the candidates the party proposes to sponsor at the elections.

“Further, by Section 31(2) of the Electoral Act, 2010 (as amended), the list or information submitted by each candidate shall be accompanied by an affidavit sworn to by the candidate at the Federal High Court, High Court of a State or Federal Capital Territory indicating that he has fulfilled all the constitutional requirements for election into that office.

“The 2nd respondent filled and submitted Form CF001 to the 1st Respondent, which was declared before the Commissioner for Oaths at the Registry of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja on the 8th day of October, 2018. The said Form CF001 is accompanied by an ACKNOWLEDGEMENT indicating that the 1st Respondent received same.

“The petitioners aver that the said Form CF001 filled by the 2nd Respondent and submitted to the 1st Respondent for the Office of President was also accompanied by the Curriculum Vitae of the 2nd Respondent as well as GENERAL FORM OF AFFIDAVIT duly sworn to by the 2nd respondent at the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, along with copies of his Membership Card of the 3rd Respondent and Voter Card.

“The information submitted to the 1st respondent (INEC) by the 2nd respondent (Buhari) is false and of a fundamental nature in aid of his education qualification, notwithstanding that he had declared in the said sworn affidavit as follows: ‘I hereby declare that all the answers, facts and particulars I have given in this Form, are true and correct and I have to the best of my knowledge, fulfilled all the requirements for qualifications for the office I am seeking to be elected’.”

They stated that the educational institutions Buhari “claimed to have attended and the certificates presented by him namely, Elementary School Daura and Mai Aduaa between 1948 and 1952, Middle School Katsina between 1953 and 1956 and Katsina Provincial College (now Government College, Katsina) between 1956 to 1961 and mentioned by the 2nd respondent in his curriculum vitae attached to Form CF 001, were not in existence as of  those mentioned dates.”

They added, “The 2nd respondent in Form CF 001 filled and submitted by him to the 1st Respondent at Paragraph C, Column 2, Page 3, under SECONDARY, wrote “WASC,” thereby falsely claiming that qualification whereas there was no qualification known as WASC as of 1961.

“The petitioners contend that the 2nd Respondent was, at the material time, not qualified to contest election for the exalted office of President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

“The petitioners further aver that all votes purportedly cast for the 2nd and 3rd Respondents on 23rd February, 2019 during the Presidential Election and as subsequently declared by the 1st Respondent on February 27, 2019 are wasted votes in that the 2nd Respondent was not qualified to contest the said election in the first place or at all.”

Names of 21 Senior Advocates of Nigeria and 18 other lawyers appeared on the petition.

The legal team is led by Mr Livy Uzoukwu (SAN).

They sought among their five main prayers, that the tribunal should determine that Buhari “was not duly elected by a majority of lawful votes cast in the said election” and therefore his declaration and return by INEC “as the President of Nigeria is unlawful, undue, null, void and of no effect”.

They also prayed that Atiku having been “duly and validly elected” ought to be “returned as President of Nigeria, having polled the highest number of lawful votes cast at the election to the office of the President of Nigeria held on February 23, 2019 and having satisfied the constitutional requirements for the said election.

They sought “an order directing the 1st respondent (INEC) to issue a Certificate of Return to the 1st petitioner (Atiku) as the duly elected President of Nigeria”.

They also asked the tribunal to rule that Buhari “was at the time of the election not qualified to contest the said election”, and that he “submitted to the Commission affidavit containing false information of a fundamental nature in aid of his qualification for the said election”.

However, they sought as their alternative prayer, “that the election to the office of the President of Nigeria held on February 23, 2019 be nullified and a fresh election ordered.”

The petitioners are relying on 50 sets of documents which they, in the petition, gave INEC the notice to produce the original copies of those in its custody.

Some of the documents are, “INEC Nomination Form CF001 of the 2nd respondent (Buhari); all INEC result sheets;(Form EC8 Series), EC8A, EC8B, EC8C, EC8D and EC8E – Certificate of Return; PDP Party Membership Cards; INEC Voter Cards; all witnesses’ party membership cards; and all Witnesses’ Voter Cards.”

The petitioners also sought to rely on, “the circulars/corrigenda/manuals issued by INEC for the conduct of the Presidential Election held on 23/2/2019; Polling Unit materials checklist; summary of total registered voters on units’ basis; summary of PVCs collected on units’ basis; Voter Registers and letters of complaints over irregularities and malpractices during the election addressed to the INEC/Police/other relevant agencies/institutions.”

They also sought to rely on “security reports relating to the election video/audio recordings/DVD/CD relating to the Election; Election Observers’ or Observers’ Reports; Newspaper/Television/ Radio reports and news; appointment letters and tags of PDP agents; expert reports and analysis; and photographs and GSM and other phone outputs”.

Arsenal’s On-Loan Keeper Ospina Collapses On The Pitch.

Napoli goalkeeper David Ospina was taken to hospital after failing to recover from a head injury sustained early on in the clash with Udinese.

Ospina suffered a serious cut on his head on five minutes after clashing with Udinese winger Ignacio Pussetto while coming out to claim the ball. But, after being patched up by medical staff, the Colombia international carried on playing with protective head gear on.

However, on 42 minutes, Ospina collapsed to the ground with nobody around him.

Concerned medical staff raced onto the pitch to care for the goalkeeper’s wellbeing. He was replaced by Alex Meret and stretchered off the pitch before being transported to hospital.

It is not yet known whether he will remain part of the Colombia squad which is due to face Japan on Friday and South Korea on Mar. 26.

Napoli later confirmed on Twitter that Ospina had “had a CAT scan after being involved in a collision during the game. The scan has come back clear but Ospina will stay in a clinic overnight for observation.”

Napoli had let a 2-0 lead slip to draw 2-2 when Ospina left the pitch.

But, in the second half, goals from Arkadiusz Milik and Dries Mertens restored their two-goal advantage to give them a 4-2 victory.

My Supporters Have Urged Me To Lead Them To APC – Gbenga Daniels.

Former Ogun State Governor and Director-General of Atiku Abubakar Campaign Organisation, Gbenga Daniel, said that his political supporters have pleaded with him to lead them to the ruling All Progressives Congress.

The alleged plea came barely 24 hours after Daniel announced his resignation from partisan politics, even as hundreds of his political supporters have called upon him to rescind the decision.

The supporters cut across all the local governments in Ogun State.

Daniel had announced his intention to retire from partisan politics in a letter to the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Uche Secondus.

Daniel’s supporters, who converged on his Asoludero residence in Sagamu GRA, held a stormy meeting with him on Sunday, during which they urged him to lead them to the APC, instead of abandoning them in what they called ‘political wilderness.’

Daniel’s loyalists anchored their demands on the fact that they had worked with him towards the emergence of the Ogun State Governor-elect, Dapo Abiodun, of the APC.

The ex-governor had convened a stakeholders’ meeting of his loyalists under the aegis of OGD Political Family to formally address them and announce his exit from partisan politics.

But hundreds of members of his OGD Political Family in Ogun State who thronged the venue of the meeting expressed their displeasure with his retirement.

Some of those who spoke at the meeting included a former chairman of Ogun/Osun River Basin, Iyabo Apampa; former Director-General of Ladi Adebutu Campaign Organisation, Waliu Taiwo; a former Special Assistant to Daniel on Youths, Ifekayode Akinbode; and senatorial candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Jelili Amusan, among others.

Akinbode led other members of the OGD Political Family to prostrate for Daniel, while women held his legs, pleading passionately that he should lead them to APC.

Amusan also led members in a voice vote, where they all resolved to collectively join APC.

Speaking with newsmen shortly after the meeting, Daniel said, “Basically, they said I could resign from PDP.

“They said I must lead them to APC and they also said I could not retire from politics. That is the summary of what I heard.”

When asked what his next line of action was, the ex-governor said, “Now, we have to take a look at it.”

When asked if he was ready to go to APC, Daniel said, “What else can I say? My people have spoken.”

Offa Robbery Trial: I Was Asked To Implicate Saraki – Accused Person.

One of the five accused persons in the deadly armed robbery attack in Offa, Offa local government area of Kwara state has said that the police operatives asked him to implicate the Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki, during an investigation into the case.

At the resumed hearing of the case in an Ilorin High Court on Friday, Ayoade Akininibosin, who was among the five accused persons standing trial in the armed robbery case, said that he was repeatedly tortured from the day he was arrested on May 15, 2018 in the special anti-robbery squad (sars) office, Ilorin till he was paraded at the police headquarters, Abuja, among other suspects.

The accused person, who said that he knows Saraki ordinarily because of his popularity like any other person and being the Senate President, said that he had contact with the state governor, Abdulfatah Ahmed, when a political movement, Kwara South Youth Movement, which he belonged, met with him to solicit for employment opportunities.

He also said that the principal suspect in the deadly armed robbery attack, Michael Adikwu, a dismissed police officer, was shot dead in the presence of other five accused persons, when he could not allegedly rope them, by telling the police officers that they all conspired to commit the offence.

The accused person said that five Fulani men were also brought in and shot dead inside a place in the police headquarters, Abuja, that he called theatre, where he said they were repeatedly tortured.

A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from the Ekiti State University (EKSU), Akininibosin said that confessional statement was written for him and was only made to thumbprint on the confessional statements thereafter.

“My hands and legs were tied to the back and suspended in between two tables by iron rod for like one hour 30 minutes.  Then the senior police officer, Abba Kyari came around to tell me that I should say that it was the Senate President that gave us guns to rob Offa banks. I told him my life is at stake here and that I wouldn’t do such. Then, he said I should do that for them and that they’ll pay me and thereafter set me free. I disagreed and was carried back to the cell on his instruction as I couldn’t walk.

“We were all taken back to Abuja same day, May 21, 2018, and got there at midnight. It was there one of the officers told us that we were being when their own children are abroad. We were taken to a generator house at the back of Abba Kyari office. The place is called theatre. That’s where five Fulani men were killed in our presence. We were made to lie on the dead bodies on the floor. I was shot on my two legs. I was later taken to Abba Kyari office,  where he asked to know if I was ready to cooperate and I said yes and pleaded not to kill me. The next day was when Michael Adikwu was brought to identify us and say what connected us together. The dismissed officer said he didn’t know us and after much torture, he was shot dead in our presence. I was panicked, thinking I was next to die. Later, a female TV journalist was brought by a police officer with a note, saying that was what they wanted me to say, and that if not, I will “travel”, meaning, I would be killed. That was how I agreed in the presence of the female journalist, who recorded while I was also beaten at interval”, he said.

However, the prosecution counsel cross-examined Akininibosin, putting it to him that the police officer, who is one the prosecution witnesses, Hitila Hassan, did not know him before to have known all about his bio-data, his relationship with the state governor, and his political movement contained in his confessional statements.

Also, another accused person, Ibikunle Ogunleye, said he was also tortured and his confessional statements made under duress.

The hearing on the matter continued on March 25, 2019.

Journalist Exposes Sanwo-Olu’s Aide As Cocaine Trafficker Evading Trail.

A Nigerian journalist, Ruona Meyer, has called out Olufunke Phillips, the digital manager of Lagos State Governor-elect, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, for being a fugitive after being charged for cocaine possession.

Ms Meyer made the disclosures on Friday morning via posts she made on her Facebook and Twitter pages.

Ms Phillips, who is also a popular social and political commentator on social media, has declined to comment on the disclosures.

Ms Phillips (full name: Philip Esther Olufunke) was charged by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) with illegal possession of 3.14 kilogrammes of cocaine in 2007.

She was arraigned before Justice P.I Ajoku of the Lagos Division of the Federal High Court in 2007 but she, alongside 25 others absconded after being granted bail by the judge.

The case seemed to have been forgotten until she publicly fell out with Ms Meyer, who holds a dual Nigerian-German citizenship, brought it back to the fore.

Ms Meyer is also accusing Ms Phillips of intellectual property theft.

Contacted Friday morning, Jonah Achema, the NDLEA spokesperson, requested for Ms Phillips’ details so he could check their records.

According to Ms Meyer, the two former associates had teamed up to establish ‘The Beverage Space,’ a website that focuses on alcohol consumption, years ago.

She said she brought Ms. Phillips onboard because she needed a face for the brand since she wasn’t based in Nigeria at the time, adding that she solely funded the project.

Ms Meyer, however, said she pulled the plug on the venture after her background checks revealed her partner as a fugitive.

But years later, Ms Phillips began her own website which she renamed ‘The Beverage Room’ based on the same ideas.

The website is currently being run by Ms Phillips and commands a large following on social media. The group currently boasts over 82,000 followers on Facebook alone.

In a Facebook post on Friday, Ms Meyer explained that she was making a public disclaimer to fully dissociate herself from any from business dealings she had with Ms Phillips in 2015 and 2016.

“I terminated our business dealings in 2016 after I found out @FunkePhillips is facing cocaine smuggling charges (with a 2009 court case); and on 4 July 2011, @ndlea_nigeria listed her as skipping bail,” Ms Meyer’s Facebook post read.

Ms Meyer, an ex- BBC Pidgin journalist, also challenged her erstwhile business partner to take down the website or face her in court.

To back her claims, Ms Meyer also shared receipts of her payments for logo design, website hosting. She also expressed her disapproval of Ms Phillips’s continued claims to be the owner of the business.

She explained, “I handled the blog, edited written copy, tapped my contacts in Corporate Communications, PR & media in general, to boost our networks. Funke Phillips had no money, so I handled practically all costs
including domain hosting, calls to contacts, sending proposals for sponsored events planning hangouts, generating content ideas and even doing interviews from Germany with my Nigerian contacts.

“Soon, we were about to get into signing partnerships, when my manager in Germany reminded me to do a character check on Funke Phillips. I remembered I’d heard some absurd rumours and went online to check.

“The report stated that the information that Funke and other alleged drug barons were on the loose was corroborated by then @ndlea_nigeria spokesperson Mitchell Ofoyeju (@mitchelljnr) cc @dg_ndlea.”

Ms Meyer also shared Ms Phillip’s case file number and photo on Facebook on Friday.

During a chat with PREMIUM TIMES, Ms Meyer explained the reason why she decided to publicly dissociate herself from her one-time business partner.

“So I am not asking for money, or care what Nigeria does to her or not. After all, she has skipped bail for years and is not exactly hiding.

“I care because I am held to a higher standard, personally, family-wise, and as a citizen of Germany. I would be a pariah, unworthy of any semblance of public life if I were ever associated with a drug-smuggling criminal, who also skipped bail. So I have to disclaim it. Publicly too.”

Ms Phillips, who is also a popular social and political commentator on Facebook, has however kept mum on the issue. Efforts by this newspaper to get her own side of the story have been unsuccessful as phone calls and text messages to her have been unanswered.

MRS MEYER’S FULL POST READS:

============================

I’m making this PUBLIC disclaimer to FULLY dissociate myself from business dealings I had with Olufunke Phillips in 2015/2016, which I terminated in 2016, after I found out @FunkePhillips is facing COCAINE smuggling charges (with a 2009 court case); and on 4 July 2011, @ndlea_nigeria listed her as skipping bail. Link here, full screenshots in comments.

In 2015, I originated and conceptualised a blog and event portal on the business of drinking, from a female perspective. I needed a face for it, as I was not based in Nigeria. This is where Funke Phillips came in. I later called it The Beverage Space.

I set up all email, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook accounts, paid a designer to make a logo (seen here for August 2015 – mail of her choosing logo), everything. All Funke Phillips had to do was go to events/bars, send in little notes, writings.

I handled the blog, edited written copy, tapped my contacts in Corporate Communications, PR & media in general, to boost our networks. Funke Phillips had no money, so I handled practically all costs
including domain hosting, calls to contacts, sending proposals for sponsored events planning hangouts, generating content ideas and even doing interviews from Germany with my Nigerian contacts.

We started to make progress in a very short time; I flew into Nigeria, arranged meetings with my contacts, I will not mention them here, as they are private people and I may need their private testimony for court.

But each time I told them I’d be working underground, as I was based outside, working on my day job anyway, and so Funke Phillips would be TBS’ face. She attended some meetings, and was aware.

Soon, we were about to get into signing partnerships, when my manager in Germany reminded me to do a character check on Funke Phillips. I remembered I’d heard some absurd rumours, and went online to check

I discovered Funke Phillips was arrested in a Lagos airport with 3.14kgs of cocaine, and skipped bail, prompting then @ndlea_nigeria chairman Ahmadu to list her among wanted “drug barons” in July 2011. Pics attached as comments

The report states that the information that Funke Phillips and other drug barons were on the loose was corroborated by then @ndlea_nigeria spokesperson Mitchell Ofoyeju (@mitchelljnr) cc @dg_ndlea

I next used my contacts in the courts and prisons to legally crosscheck these facts, and presented the situation to @FunkePhillips, asking her to explain. See her case file number photo also in comments.

In private chats I will reserve for the court, Funke Phillips said she “went through a lot to settle the case.” I replied that the only way the case could be settled was if she was ACQUITTED, or SERVED TIME, but not so, according to @ndlea_nigeria

In comments are screenshots that show that weeks after @ndlea_nigeria noted her as a “drug baron” on the lam, Funke Phillips was online, on social media.

I, therefore, asked Funke Phillips for her documents of acquittal. She responded that this was the work of her enemies. With such answers, I told her I could NEVER work with her on any basis; we needed to cut all ties immediately.

Specifically, I told Funke Phillips I would pay off those I had contracted to work for us, handle all the bills, take down everything to do with TBS– I wanted NOTHING more to do with a fugitive
even if Nigeria is mediocre enough to allow people like Funke Phillips with a pending drug case walk the streets freely. This absurdity was not going to be my norm.

I told Funke Phillips that in fact, I did not care what happened in Nigeria. I cared about my career and life in Europe, where even the whiff of an association with criminality is just as bad as criminality.

Therefore, over subsequent communications, particularly through mutual friends, I asked her to make sure she never referred to me as someone she worked with, never referred to or made similarities to TBS
to ensure she never used any similar idea or contacts made, so that people would not subconsciously associate me with her, as we had gone far. Funke Phillips agreed. I added she was a fraud and must do right by the law.

HOWEVER I thereafter had major surgery, job moves, and JUST discovered that in fact, shortly after this, Funke Phillips set up THE BEVERAGE ROOM (TBR), using many ideas, & in some instances, even same contacts.

Worse still, when I raised the issue 72 hours ago, contacts have since come to tell me they thought I was still a silent partner at TBR, and that is why they joined online groups, bought t-shirts, went to and had events, etc.

To be clear: I publicly (via social media) tagged Funke Phillips, asking her to pull down TBR, because it is a rip-off of TBS, and she knows why she has to: Intellectual property theft, and the matter of GROSS criminality.

Rather, Funke Phillips and her “associate” have since said I am doing it because I am “jealous” and I want to pull her down because I heard she is an aide to Lagos state governor-elect Jide Sanwoolu. FOR THE RECORD: I ALSO JUST HEARD ABOUT THIS LESS THAN 72 HOURS AGO.

So, Funke Phillips, to reiterate what I told you 3 years ago: I DO NOT CARE what Nigeria does to you, or whether this country ignores your criminality and rewards you – after all, you will not be the first fugitive to pop up in government circles in Nigeria.

Because unlike you, I operate under a far different code of integrity and ethics – filial-wise, professionally, and by virtue of being a German citizen.

Based on my dealings in Germany, I cannot be seen to have ever had any associations with someone linked to drugs, even more with someone like you, Funke Phillips, cited as skipping bail and being a fugitive.

THIS is the reason for this public disclaimer, Funke Phillips. This is not about money, so, when I head to court to force a pull-down of TBR, I am more concerned about DISSOCIATION and intellectual property theft.

Because Funke Phillips you simply cannot afford what I would term requisite compensation for my intellectual property. Even if you could, I would never prioritise collecting money from a fraudulent character like you.

Simply because again, I operate under a different set of personal and locational principles. On that note, Funke Phillips should you still refuse to do the needful, and pull down TBR, I will see you in court. Please, try to show up this time.
