I May Write A Book About My Failed Marriage – Damilola Adegbite.

For those who would love to know all that went down in actress, Damilola Adegbite’s crashed marriage to Ghanaian star, Chris Attoh, they may have a blockbuster book to read very soon.

When asked by Sunday Scoop if she was willing to give marriage another try, the Tinselactress said, “Of course, why not? I never say never.

This time, I will be looking out for a man; he has to be a man (in the real sense of the word). I don’t try to foresee things as I prefer to live in the moment. I learnt a lot from my past experience (in marriage) and I may have to write a book about it. There are quite a lot of things and I wouldn’t want to single out one.

If I single it out, it may seem like the most important one when it’s not so; they are all very important.” Damilola also believed marriage between two entertainers could work successfully. “I don’t see why marriages between entertainers cannot work,” she said.

Serial entrepreneur, Toyin Lawani, has revealed that marriage is not a priority, as she left her first marriage so as to chase her dreams.

She made this known in a recent interview with Thisday newspapers.

Her words: “Yes. I repeat it marriage is not a priority. Most people feel like those who are single mums like me are cursed or we’re not to be respected.

I speak to several families and even have people that I impact their lives. Do you know how many salaries that I pay every month? Some men cannot do that. I pay almost 100 people salary every month.

Then you will now tell me that because you are married you’re better than me. You that are in your husband’s house and being fed and at the same time being slapped every day.

If you are contributing to that family do you think they will be slapping you every day? We all learn from experience. I have been married before but because I wanted something more for myself I was able to leave the marriage and chase my dreams.”
